The unit is straightforward to use and replacing the pump is not difficult if needed. However, the challenging aspect is that it requires a specific type of filter with a top-offset hole, rather than the commonly available filters with a large hole in the center. I purchased the recommended filters but found them to be ineffective. Additionally, I have been unable to find replacement sponges on Amazon or any other platform. While the product itself is satisfactory, it becomes concerning after you exhaust the two filters provided, as your pets’ water might not be adequately filtered, posing a potential danger to them.

Setting up the fountain was a breeze, with its convenient assembly and attractive packaging. Its aesthetic appeal is undeniable. However, the downside lies in the noise level. Compared to our previous cat fountains, this one tends to be noticeably louder.

I really enjoy using this machine. Due to my busy lifestyle, I often forget to feed my dog, but with this device, I no longer have to turn around or go out of my way to ensure she is fed. I especially appreciate the portion control feature, which was simple to set up and download the accompanying app. The app setup instructions were also straightforward. The scheduled feeding option is a great feature as it helps me keep my pet on a regular eating routine. Although I am unsure about the maximum size of dog food that can be used with the feeder, I am still curious to find out. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product.

This new feeder has been performing well thus far. It took some trial and error, but we have managed to find the suitable settings for our cat. We are hopeful that this feeder will help establish a consistent schedule for our cat, eliminating the need to leave food out constantly.

I am absolutely shocked and disappointed by this product. It is missing a crucial part, the basin, which renders it unusable. I purchased it specifically to help my cat who has a UTI and is not drinking enough water. I was really depending on this fountain, especially because of its stainless steel basin. I would have been less upset if they had accidentally included a plastic basin, but the fact that there was no basin at all is absurd. This is just one more thing to add to my already stressful situation.
To make matters worse, the instructions were also missing. I did not choose the “used” option, so I don’t understand why the one I received was incomplete, as if someone had returned it without all the necessary items. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
Despite these issues, I managed to assemble it in the hope that my cat would drink from it. The actual product itself seems to be of good quality—it’s quiet and functions well—hence the additional star I am giving. It’s just a shame that I ended up being ripped off. Unfortunately, my cat shows no interest in using it. I’m hopeful that the seller can rectify the situation by sending me the missing basin, as maybe my cat will be attracted to it when it functions as it should.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience so far, but I believe the product has potential if the missing parts are provided.

It is impossible to find REPLACEMENT FILTERS anywhere! I seriously doubt anyone has been successful in finding, ordering, and receiving replacement filters.
