The product is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The app is incredibly user-friendly. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey; however, the high-quality craftsmanship justifies the cost. It looks fantastic when paired with the matching water fountain. I highly recommend it as it is compact, spacious enough, and very easy to clean.

I bought the automatic pet feeder because my two cats always finished their dry food (almost) at the same time when I went to work. The operation is super easy, and the setup worked very well. The cats love it, they now think there is food available all day long 😀 However, I had to turn off the button on the nose, which can be done through the app, because one of them learned that food comes out when you press it or when you tap on the front with their paw long enough. And another plus point for the smart feeder from me: my cats no longer nibble as much. My male cat used to love chewing on paper and cardboard, and my female cat enjoyed chewing on my shelves and coffee table. Since using the feeder, this behavior has significantly reduced, and I can now leave things without worrying that they will be nibbled on.

This product is great for busy days when I don’t have time to worry about feeding my cat. I love how easily everything disassembles and assembles. Setting it up only took me 5 minutes and the instructions were simple to follow.
However, my only issue is with the bowl. It’s not elevated or wide enough to prevent whisker fatigue. As a result, my cat sometimes takes the food out of the bowl before eating it.

The product functions well and our cats have become accustomed to using it. It is extremely practical to have the ability to feed our cats remotely while we are away overnight. Initially, we purchased these to have better control over how much our cats eat. However, one of our cats, who happens to be quite clever (and overweight), has figured out how to manipulate the dispenser by inserting his paw into the hole to release the food into the bowl. Hence, he is able to feed himself whenever he desires. We may need to reconsider our options to address this particular issue.

I find the stainless steel pan to be quite hazardous due to its sharp edges. Unfortunately, I’ve accidentally cut my thumb while washing it.

I have found a solution to make sure my cat doesn’t miss his dinner, even when I am stuck in traffic! After using it for about 5 months, I am pleased with its performance so far. Although my cat occasionally tries to fish out kibble by reaching his paw inside, he only manages to grab a few pieces. However, if your cat(s) tend to be rough, there is a chance that they could overturn the unit or pull it forcefully enough to detach the cord from the wall. It has happened to me once, but it’s something to keep in mind.

This product functions effectively, but I have one concern – it is not completely cat-proof. Despite our intentions of using this feeder to regulate our cat’s meals, he is able to reach his paw into the dispenser and access food whenever he pleases.

The setup process was fast and simple! The app is user-friendly as well. Unlike my previous autofeeder, there are no issues with food getting stuck in the dispenser. I used to have to shake it occasionally to release the trapped food, but that’s not the case with this one. I particularly appreciate the design of the dispenser because I don’t have to worry about my cat hurting herself while reaching for more food. It can be a little challenging to determine the portion sizes, but I solved that problem by measuring out a serving and counting the number of portions it dispensed until I reached the desired amount, which I then saved in the app.

We initially purchased one of these feeders to test its performance, and we were extremely pleased with the results. However, we decided to try a different brand with a camera feature, only to struggle with connecting it to wifi. Frustrated, we returned that brand and ended up purchasing two more of this feeder. The setup process was incredibly easy, from installing the app to connecting to wifi, especially compared to other brands we’d tried. The app itself is user-friendly, allowing us to effortlessly create a feeding schedule with portion sizes and meal times. Now, we no longer have to worry about rushing home to feed our pets or leaving them hungry until we return from work. We are absolutely delighted with this product and only wish that the company offered a model with a built-in camera and one suited for multiple pets.

I really enjoy using this automatic feeder. It is simple to set up and use the accompanying app. I own two Feeder Robots, but I have an equal fondness for this one. Nonetheless, there is one issue that I must agree with another reviewer on – the stainless steel bowl has a slightly sharp edge, which could pose a risk of cutting your fingers if not handled carefully while washing it.
P.S. I actually ended up getting five of these PIXI feeders (one for upstairs and one for downstairs, haha).

It’s very good and easy to use, the only criticisms are as follows: the serving size is approximately 4g and the internal clock cannot be changed; it is set to Greenwich Mean Time, so you have to adjust to your time zone using the app (subtract or add hours). I live in Mexico and have to add 7 hours when scheduling a meal (e.g. for 4 servings at 3:00pm, I have to input 10:00pm in the app). The software was recently updated and now the internal clock is correct.
